Evaluation Services
Designing Evaluation Plans
Whether simple process evaluation or complex quasi-experimental design, our evaluation team can help design individual plans based on program type and need.
Data Collection & Assessment of Implementation
The Greenbush evaluation team will develop tools needed to collect data for monitoring and reporting and an overall data collection plan that clearly identifies appropriate data sources, team responsibilities, and includes planned analyses timelines. Our team can assist in tracking and monitoring areas for improvement and progress toward meeting program goals
Data Analysis
Depending on your design, analysis of data can range from simple reporting of frequency counts and demographics to measures of central tendency or more complex statistical analyses, including analysis of variance or repeated measures. Appropriate analysis will help to interpret the outcomes to make sense of program data
Reporting
The Greenbush team understands that report content and features are dependent on the audience. Whether that means online reporting for federal projects, or one-page infographics for community members, reports will be tailored to meet the needs of each stakeholder group.
Survey Development
The survey development team is proficient in developing surveys using a number of different software tools to produce simple to sophisticated surveys for online. Hand-written questions can also be captured for data analysis.
Data Mapping
Data mapping allows stakeholders to visualize data and streamline understanding. School district, zip code, county, and state data can be overlayed to create a dynamic visual representation. Maps can also show “hot spots” or areas representing data higher or lower than the state average.
